Mark Fegan

Mark Fegan is a 1975 graduate of Morningside College in Sioux City, Iowa.  His primary area of study was Mathematics Education.  After graduation Mr. Fegan began a teaching career that lasted twenty years.  After starting his career as a Junior High teacher in Minnesota, he taught High School Mathematics in Nebraska and completed this phase of his life in 1996 as an Assistant Professor at Peru State College in Nebraska.  Along the way he took a one year hiatus to work in the garment industry and an additional year off for graduate school.  Mr. Fegan earned his MS Ed from Kearney State College in Nebraska in 1979.  In 1996, Mr. Fegan changed his focus from teaching to become a Software Developer for Raytheon.  Mr. Fegan joined Toastmasters International in October 2009 and earned Distinguished Toastmaster status in August 2014.  Mr. Fegan lives with his wife Rebecca in Bellevue, Nebraska, and continues to take an interest in education and helping others achieve their goals.  Previously, Mr. Fegan was a contributing author for the Alternative Book Club’s first two books Spotlight on the Art of Grace and Spotlight on the Art of Grace.
