Cynthia Coleman, is a Christian and has been married thirty-three and a half years to a wonderful man, who shares he beliefs. Together they have two children, a daughter and son. Each of their children has given them two grandsons, ages eleven, eight, seven and four. What a Blessing each one of these youths are. Cynthia loves being a wife, mother and especially grandmother because she can spoil the four and then send them home

Cynthia loves to read, bowl, watch movies and have fun with her family. She is very active in her church; Power to End Stroke (part of the American Heart Association); Faith Community Nursing. Cynthia is a health advocate for Breast and the American Heart Association. Cynthia is also involved in Toastmasters International.

Her endeavor is to continue sharing her writing from the heart beginning with a chapter in this book. She feels this is just the beginning of something she had feared to do but now is spreading her wings. She hopes that this chapter will help someone overcome their fear and live.
